IS THE ACTIVATED CHARCOAL PREGNANCY SAFE?

Yes! All our products are 100% natural and chemical free so its 100% safe for use when pregnant.

Unfortunately, we don't ship our orders with a tracking code, but don't worry, it will be with you soon 

HOW DOES GREATWHITES WORK?

GREATWHITES contains 100% natural activated charcoal that works to absorb surface stains from your teeth. It also absorbs toxins and bacteria from your mouth leaving you with a clean feeling.

HOW LONG SHOULD I BRUSH MY TEETH FOR?

Brush your teeth as usual, in circular motion for roughly 2-3 minutes. Leave in your mouth for a few minutes after brushing for added effectiveness.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE?

Less is more, use enough charcoal to cover the top of your wet toothbrush bristles.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE GREATWHITES?

We suggest you use just before you brush your teeth normally. Its safe to use whenever you like, as much as you like!

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Results can vary depending on people, however, you should see noticeable results after one week of regular use. The charcoal will remove exterior stains/discolouration from the surface of your teeth caused by daily food and drink without altering your enamel. 

DOES GREATWHITES CONTAIN ANY CHEMICALS?

This product contains 100% natural activated charcoal powder. No synthetic additives, preservatives, foaming agents, fluoride, artificial colours or flavours, and no abrasive baking soda or salt.

IS GREATWHITES SAFE TO USE ON SENSITIVE TEETH/GUMS?

GREATWHITES is perfectly safe to use on sensitive teeth/gums given that you use a soft bristle toothbrush and brush appropriately. 

CAN GREATWHITES DAMAGE THE ENAMEL ON MY TEETH?

No, the charcoal provided is extremely fine and non-abrasive.

CAN GREATWHITES BE USED IF I HAVE BRACES?

GREATWHITES is safe to use with braces, but we do not recommend it as it will not whiten the surface covered directly by the braces. 

DOES GREATWHITES REPLACE TOOTHPASTE?

We recommend using both. Brush your teeth with GREATWHITES then your usual toothpaste.

In each order you will receive your chosen amount of activated charcoal in a 40g pot. 

WHAT DOES GREATWHITES TASTE LIKE?

We have formulated the GREATWHITES carefully to give you the best flavour leaving you with the freshest breath! Not many people dislike the charcoal taste so we've flavoured it with a 100% natural mint flavour! 

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO USE GREATWHITES?

We suggest using your activated charcoal atleast once per day just before bed but it can be used at anytime during the day! It's completely up to you.

WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Before you place an order, its important all the details are correct, if you send it to the wrong address, we can try and amend the mistake if you email us with the correct details with 1 hour of placing the order but we can't guarantee the changes will go through. 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS IN WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your local courier will try to redeliver at another time. Check your letterbox for a missed delivery postal note. 

IS GREATWHITES GLUTEN FREE?

All of our products are gluten free!
